Digital Products
All digital products, including ebooks and downloadable resources, are delivered electronically and are intended for personal use only. Redistribution, sharing, reproduction, or resale of any materials is strictly prohibited.
Writing and Speaking Evaluation Services
Clients may submit writing tasks or participate in speaking mock sessions as part of purchased services. Feedback is provided based on professional expertise and official exam criteria. Feedback does not constitute an official exam score and does not guarantee specific exam results.
Payments
All services and digital products must be paid in full before delivery. Prices are listed in Euros and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and personalized services, digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Writing and speaking services are non-refundable once evaluation has begun or materials have been submitted.
If a technical issue occurs, please contact us promptly so it can be resolved.
